How do I join The Goddess Delivers and order medical marijuana?
-Before we can fulfill any orders you have placed, you must join our collective as a patient and submit your medical marijuana recommendation. It’s easy to join! Sign up now and enter in all the information as prompted. Once you have submitted your patient information, you can select whatever you like, proceed to check out, and submit your shipping and donation information.
Is marijuana legal?
-Marijuana use and possession is legal in the state of California for medicinal purposes as long as the individual has a recommendation by a physician and is a California resident. Marijuana is a controlled substance according to the federal government, but the current US Justice Department has formally stated it will respect state law regarding medical marijuana patients.
What is a recommendation? How can I get a recommendation?
-A California physician can recommend the use of marijuana for treating a wide number of health problems usually to assist in managing pain, anxiety, and/or appetite for a resident of California. The recommendation allows us to verify that a patient can legally possess and use medical marijuana. We have more information here.
How do I show you my recommendation/prove my patient status?
-The easiest way is to follow the steps in our registration process that includes an option to upload a scan or photograph of your ID and recommendation. We use this to verify with the listed doctor your patient status (something we are required to do). We are happy to help if you have any issues! Just give us a call toll free at 1-855-426-5246 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re having trouble scanning or photographing your document, you can also fax it to us toll free at 1-855-847-0727. If you are having trouble uploading a scan or photograph, you can e-mail it to us at email@example.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
-Orders placed anytime before 6PM will arrive the following business day. Shipments tend to arrive between 6 AM and 12 noon. Some locations may be as late as 4PM. Packages arriving very early in the morning will generally be placed at your door without a knock. Any orders placed after 6PM will be shipped as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee it will arrive the following day.
For Saturday Deliver: For orders over $100, (when you order on Friday) we offer the option to have the order arrive on Saturday (certain remote locations do not have this option, and we will contact you if this is the case) for free. If your order is less than $100 and you want Saturday delivery, you must check the box at check out and you will be charged $14.00. If you do not request Saturday delivery for orders under $100, it will be delivered the next business day. (usually Monday).
Orders placed over the weekend will for the most part go out Monday for delivery Tuesday. Some areas are delivered on Monday when ordered over the weekend. (For the most part, orders delivered to San Diego up the coast to Santa Barbara will be delivered on Monday when order is placed over the weekend). Please call for more information about our Saturday delivery and any questions regarding weekend order delivery time!
Are same day deliveries available?
-At this time, same day deliveries are only available for cash donations in parts of Los Angeles (Hollywood, West Hollywood, Glendale, Burbank, and parts of the valley). To find out more or place a same day delivery, call us at 1-855-426-5246. All orders placed through the website are treated as next day deliveries.
There was a problem with my delivery. Is there a way to track my delivery?
-It is important that you contact as soon as possible if there is a problem with your delivery. Please call us or e-mail us if the delivery has not arrived in the expected window of time. We can track deliveries, help fix possible problems or errors in the delivery, or fix issues with the received order, but we must know within 24 hours of expected delivery to be able to rectify the issue.
Is there anyone that I can talk to about how to treat my specific medical condition?
-We cannot give you medical advice, because we do not have any certified medical professionals on staff. We can give you non-professional opinions on what types of medical marijuana MAY help with whatever you are seeking to treat. It is important to seek professional advice from a physician if you are unsure how to treat your medical condition.
I really like something that you don't carry. Is there any way you could start providing it?
-We love suggestions for medicines our patients are interested in trying or regularly getting! If you have any suggestions we will definitely make a genuine effort to start carrying it. Of course, we cannot promise that we will be successful.
Can I donate cash instead of using a credit card?
-We accept cash for same day deliveries available in parts of Los Angeles. We require donations by credit or debit card for all overnight orders. Our delivery drivers cannot accept cash donations
Can I use someone else's credit or debit card?
-We do not accept donations from third parties. The credit or debit card used to process the donation must be in the patient's name.
Why do you need to see a copy of my credit or debit card?
For orders with a different billing address from shipping address or in situations in which the order is large, we require new or relatively new patients to submit an image of the front and back of their credit or debit cards. We strongly recommend taping over the first 12 digits on the card when submitting the image. To help prevent fraud and protect our patients, we need to see the last four digits on the card, the cardholder's name, and the cardholder's signature.
Are your products free of pesticides and fungicides?
-We try to insure every product we provide on The Goddess Delivers is produced in a clean grow free from inorganic pesticides. We continually verify the safety and quality of everything we have available.

Do you deliver outside of California?
-We cannot accept any out of state patients, nor can we ship out of state under any circumstances.
How do you do returns?
-Because we want to insure the highest quality medicine we cannot accept returns and all donations are final. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the service or medicine you received, please contact us so that we can help address any problems!
Is there a limit on how much I can order from The Goddess Delivers?
-Yes. First time patients are limited to orders that do not exceed 1 oz (28 grams) total of bud their first week with us. Returning patients may order up to 3 oz (84 grams) per week. Hash, honey oil, and other concentrates are limited to 1/2 oz (14 grams) per order. Large orders of edibles or tinctures are limited by how many we have on hand.
Do you accept patients under 21?
-Our policy is not to accept patients or patient caregivers under 21. If you are under 18, we will need to speak with your patient caregiver and go through a different sign up process. Please give us a call at 855-426-5246 for more details!
